What are your office hours?
Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.
I do not work Friday through Sunday or federal holidays. These include the following:
New Year’s Day

Juneteenth
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day

Will I be able to see how you track your time?
You will receive a weekly status update via email with billable hours for the previous week. These will be sent out on Mondays with information from the previous week.
Do my hours roll over?
No. Any unused hours will be forfeited. However, you will be kept abreast weekly of the number of hours used, and if you would like to add services, an addendum to your contract can be added to compensate for potentially lost hours.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies according to the task. In general, my turnaround time for organizational services is 24 hours. My average turnaround time for specialized services is five business days.
What if I need a rush order?
Rush orders are constituted as work completed outside the agreed upon realm of tasks with a deadline of 12 hours. Rush orders will be billed at $50 per hour, and payment will be due prior to completing any urgent assignment.
What are billable hours?
Any agreed upon services, which will be outlined in the contract, including phone and video calls and meetings, are considered billable hours. Emails and texts are not considered billable hours.
When will I get charged?
All packages must be paid upfront in full before any work starts.
All invoices will be sent five days before work begins, and payment must be made within those five days.
How do I pay?
I send invoices through bill.com.
